Solar Integrated Roofing Corporation (OTC Pink: SIRC), an integrated solar and roof installation company specializing in residential and commercial properties with an emphasis on acquisitions of like businesses to build a footprint nationally, announced today that the company has finalized its terms and acquisition agreement with Milholland Solar Electric and Roofing. Milholland expects to make approximately $10 million in revenues for 2019.
